THE STORY

​Toronto is the major international hub of Canada. For this very reason there are many people immigrating to the city Provincially, Nationally and Internationally on an everyday basis. Being the natural investigator that I am, I have always been intrigued by the dynamics of the renters market and how people enter it. Many people move for jobs and many move for experience or even family.  The fact is, with so many people moving to Toronto it is necessary to have a service that allows them to have the flexibility to live their lives in their current place without having a hernia over them finding a place elsewhere (Toronto). It seems like so much inventory but really it is so little once you narrow it down to best suit you. Not to mention in Toronto  apartments go way fast. The reason why a service quite like this does not exist seems out of this world. Just graduating from University I found myself unemployed and trying to figure out how I could best use my Honours B.A. in Geography  skills  which I love and feel should not go to waste and while helping a friend of mine deal with this transition and seeing how much money and time she spent trying to find the perfect place it came to me . Eurika I found it! A site and service that allows expats to Toronto the convenience and advise of a native Torontonian who knows and has studied the city at length from East to West and North to South. Not only will I be doing the leg work for you but I will also be your eyes, ears and hand in the city. I will not be an unknown face on a forum but a person that you can contact at anytime who is working for you and with you.​​
