- I will do the leg work for you so you don't have to bother. This will narrow down your search if you do decide to make time to come out and allow you to still have productive apartment search time when you are not here.
- I will also take pictures of places for you and give some honest opinions on the overall environment of the apartment along with doing research for bed bug reports and other Toronto apartment search necessities.
- I will provide a map and things to do in the areas along with average income of the neighbourhoods.
- If you cannot make it down I will fax applications to you so that all you will need to do is sign and send on your apartment applications to the Landlord.

For just $200 I will guarantee you a month of relentless searching for the perfect place. I will send you at least five great places a week to check out with the background information to make the perfect decision.
Should we run into the very unfortunate situation that you cannot decided within the month's time I will offer you two extra weeks of services at no additional cost to you.
For just $50 I can arrange moving arrangements for you such as moving trucks, storage, etc.
